| 150 | ml olive oil |
| 1 | handful fresh herbs (chives, parsley, etc.) |
| 1 | small spring onion |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |

| 1 | Rinse the herbs and carefully pat them dry. Chop roughly. |
