ARRABBIATA SAUCE:
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, halved and sliced
500 g tomatoes, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
5 sprigs* parsley, finely chopped
1Put the garlic, jalapeno pepper and oil into the metal bowl; run the
EXPERT programme, 5 minutes/speed 3/100 °C.
2Add the tomatoes, season with salt and restart the EXPERT programme, 30 minutes/
speed 3/110 °C.
3Run the SMOOTHIE programme to make a sauce.
4If the sauce is too thin, remove the cap and restart the EXPERT programme for
a few minutes, speed 1A/110 °C.
5Add the parsley at the end of the programme.
