250 g plain flour
125 g unsalted butter
100 g caster sugar
1 egg
1Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the PASTRY/CAKE programme.
2Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
