SERVES 4 :
1 onion peeled and quartered
30 g butter
500 g rump or tenderloin fillet cut into strips
120 g button mushrooms
2 Tbsp tomato paste
100 g white wine
100 g water
1 Tbsp concentrated vegetable stock
1 Tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Dijon mustard
120 g sour cream
1 Tbsp paprika
0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
- 1- Place quartered onions into metal bowl. Select EXPERT function, 20secs on speed 13.
- 2- When finished, add in butter. Remove top cap. On EXPERT, set to 2 mins on speed 3 at 100C.
- 3- After 2 mins, add beef, mushrooms, wine, water, stock, tomato paste, sour cream, Dijon mustard, corn flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Set on EXPERT for 20mins, speed 1A at 100C.
- 4- Serve on rice, pasta or mashed potato with steamed vegetables.
