SERVES 4 :

1 Tbsp olive oil

500 ml cream

2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 shallots, thinly sliced

5 bacon rashers, diced

2 chicken breasts, diced

125 g mushrooms, sliced

0.25 cup parmesan

your pasta of choice


  • 1- Add olive oil, garlic, shallots and bacon into the metal bowl. Take cap off. Set to EXPERT mode 4mins/speed 3/110C.
  • 2- Scrape down edges of the bowl. Add chicken, mushrooms and cream. Put cap back on. On EXPERT mode, set to 10mins/speed 1A/110C.
  • 3- Stir parmesan cheese into the sauce and serve with your pasta of choice.
