SERVES SERVES 4 :

30 g sugar

400 ml full cream milk

100 ml pure cream

1 pinch salt

80 g dark chocolate

30 g cornflour


  • 1- Break chocolate into pieces in bowl and chop using EXPERT programme, 30 seconds/speed 15 (without heating). Set aside.
  • 2- Sprinkle sugar evenly over bottom of bowl and run EXPERT programme 3 minutes/speed 1A/140°C.
  • 3- Add 350 ml of milk, pure cream and pinch of salt. Cook using EXPERT programme 5 minutes/speed 2A/105°C.
  • 4- Add chopped chocolate and run EXPERT programme, 1 minute/speed 2A/105°C.
  • 5- Then mix remaining milk with cornflour and add through opening while running EXPERT programme for 2 minutes/speed 3/105°C.
  • 6- Put pudding in shot glasses and serve cold or warm. Chocolate pudding goes well with bananas and grated coconut. 

CHEF’S TIP :

Use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
