SERVES 4 :
100 g Nutella®
400 g frozen sliced banana
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
20 g toasted hazelnuts, lightly crushed
- 1- Put all the ingredients except the hazelnuts into the metal bowl and run the FROZEN DESSERT programme.
- 2- Shape or scoop the ice cream into balls and serve in bowls, sprinkled with hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
CHEF’S TIP :
For a uniform mixture, thinly slice the bananas before freezing, and check they have not formed clumps while the programme is running.
