Prawn Cocktail with Sauce Marie Rose

SERVES 4 :
16 cooked, peeled and deveined prawns
0.5 iceberg lettuce
4 Tbsp sauce Marie Rose
1 lemon cut into eighths
100 ml good quality mayonnaise (see Magimix recipe)
2 tsp cognac
splash Tabasco sauce
pinch cayenne pepper
4 tsp tomato sauce
- 1- Shred the lettuce in the Food Processor, using the 4mm blade, into the large bowl.
- 2- For a shared plate: Place shredded iceberg down the middle of a serving tray. Arrange prawns, spoon over Sauce Marie Rose. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
- 3- For an individual serve: Place shredded iceberg lettuce in a martini glass and arrange prawns on top. Spoon over Sauce Marie Rose, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Sauce Marie Rose
- 1- Combine all ingredients in the Food Processor mini bowl.
