Serves 20 :
250 g chocolate biscuits
100 g butter
500 g dark chocolate melts
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup hazelnuts
100 g marshmallows cut in half
4 Turkish Delight Bars
(chopped into squares)
2 tbs desiccated coconut
mini coloured Easter eggs
1Place the main blade into the main food processor bowl and add biscuits. Select FOOD PROCESSOR and pulse a few times. Press auto and process until fine.
2Add 100g melted butter and process again until combined.
3Press into baking tin, lined with baking paper and evenly place marshmallows on top. Refrigerate.
4Place the metal bowl onto the base and add 500g of chocolate melts.
5Select Cook EXPERT 5min/speed 5/60degC
6Scrape down chocolate if needed.
710 second before the program ends, add hazelnuts, macadamias and Turkish delight. Press Auto to combine.
8Pour out onto base and spread evenly.
9Sprinkle with coconut and lightly press Easter eggs on top.
10Refrigerate until set.
11Carefully remove and slice with a sharp knife.
