SERVES 4 :

1 brown onion

50 g butter

600 ml milk

65 g plain flour

200 g frozen peas

200 g frozen corn kernels

125 g mushrooms

400 g tin tuna


  • 1- Place onion in metal bowl. Pulse until chopped to your desired size.
  • 2- Add butter. On EXPERT mode, set to 3mins, speed 3, 110C. Take cap off.
  • 3- When finished, add flour and milk. Set to 5mins, speed 4, 95C. Place cap back on.
  • 4- After the program, the bechamel sauce should start to thicken up. Add tuna, peas, corn and mushrooms. Set to 4mins, speed 3, 95C.

Serving suggestions: - Pour over pasta, cover with cheese, sprinkle bread crumbs over & bake - With rice - Over zoodles
