Serves 2 glasses :
1/2 bunch watercress
4 carrots
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
1Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots if they are not organic, and top and tail them. Peel the lemon.
2Process all the ingredients in the juicer, starting with the watercress and parsley and ending with the carrots.
