WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Should your Magimix require service or repairs, please follow the procedure below:

1. Have your purchase receipt ready. It must indicate the product purchased, where it was purchased from and purchase date. 


2. Send an email to service@magimix.com.au with the following details:

      - Your full name

      - Contact number

      - Complete address

      - Machine model (Example: Cook Expert)

      - Model Number (Can be found underneath the machine. Example: Ref. 18900A)

      - Description of the issue. Attach photos/ a video of the problem.

      - Attach your proof of purchase

3. Wait for a response from our Service team. If the matter is urgent, call 1300 624469 and we will do our best to help.

*Please note, warranty repairs are only valid if a manufacturing fault has been found. Warranty claims will only be honoured with a valid purchase receipt.
